FRUITFULNESS

Image
Sunday 16 June 2013 sermon by  Pastor Thomas Ayamboya Genesis 1:28; Luke 4:18; Luke 6:38; John 15:1- The first command issued to humanity is fruitfulness. Everything reserved fr mankind is geared towards fruitfulness. Before the eyes of God, we have been ordained to rule. Thus, the original plan of God for humanity is ruler-ship. God, from creation has deposited the spirit of fruitfulness in us. So He expect us to bear lasting fruits irrespective of man's geographical location or financial background. The foretold story to man is to be the head and never the tail. The unfinished business is in correlation to soul-winning and that is tailored to fruitfulness. The time to bear fruit is now. The social aspect of fruit bearing is essential to true christian living, petty quarrels and unforgiveness is not fruit-bearing and we need to take serious caution against that. Take a risk to go where you want to be.

OBEDIENCE – LET GOD DO EXTRAORDINARY THINGS IN YOUR LIFE

Image
Ps Seth Asare Ofei Badu As we gather around the Lord’s Table, it is clear that we are not aware of what exactly obedience to this ordinance brings: Some think that it brings healing, some think it has the psychological effect of making us re-examine our lives and motives. Paul said that, it is a way of proclaiming Christ’s death until He comes. We are however very certain that we are doing it as direct OBEDIENCE to the Lord’s ordinance in Luke 22:19.   In this and in all other aspects of our lives, God wants us to obey Him. Why does the Lord want us to just obey Him? 1.       Our natural lives are limited and cannot fully show the glory of God. 2.       Faith, without which no man can please God, finds expression only in obedience. In Obeying Godly instructions, we position ourselves for Divine intervention: We take our hands completely off the controls and let God do that for which He alone can take the credit – mira...
