INTRODUCTION: I think, one of the greatest challenges facing the Church of Jesus Christ today is The Lack of Visionary and quality Leaders who can effectively nurture, equip, and mentor the members for ministry and for Leadership. Many have been ordained to join the leadership team without actually knowing their job. This has led to apathy, spiritual decline, poor Church attendance, lack of revival, momentum, and growth. Leaders give the Vision and mobilize members to accomplish the work of Jesus Christ- Evangelism, Discipleship, Church Planting, Teaching and Mentoring others.
