5th January, 2014 TEXT: Isaiah 43:19, Genesis 13:15 and Jeremiah 1:11-12 INTRODUCTION God told the Prophet Isaiah to tell His people to forget the past (with its pain, mistakes and old ways) and see (behold), the new things He is about to do for them. Unless they see the new things in the spirit, there was no way it was going to manifest in the physical realm. Having a picture of the future is very important to possessing the future. When we are to align our vision to God’s own and see as He sees then only can we confidently rest in Him to carry us there. WHO DO YOU SEE? The Disciples of Christ asked Him to show them the Father and Jesus told them that He is in the Father and the Father is in Him and He is us (John 14:20). We have to see our God in all situations. He is bigger than our past, our mistakes, our enemies, our fears and all things. He loves us than anybody could ever love us and He has our interest at heart. He always does us good.
