HE HAS FILLED MY MOUTH WITH GOOD THINGS

JEREMIAH 1:9
"Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth."

 EPHESIANS 1:4,5
"According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,"

 Before you were created , the Lord knew you.
The Lord has called us and given us certain tasks to accomplish. Like Jeremiah, we are used to giving several excuses:

  • I am not vocal
  • I am shy
  • I like to be in my own corner doing my own thing.
The Lord is expecting that we make ourselves available and make the move. We pray that the Lord touches us with his hand so that we have renewal of mind.
The Lord is ready to use us in His vineyard. He is a loving and caring father who is ready to accept us into His fold once more. Our sins and iniquities have become a stumbling block  preventing us from experiencing the glory of the Lord.

Do you feel hopeless this morning?

Judges 6:12 : "And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour."

 The Lord has deposited in us skills, talents, resources and capabilities that will be useful for ministry.
We have been mute for too long a time; it is time to put all these resources into good use.

This is the greatest assurance we have:
He is with us!
He is with us!!
He is with us!!!

Let us arise to this task. Beware (be conscious) of this task.
May the Lord use you as a vessel through which others will be discipled for Christ; May you be a vessel for propagating peace and stability within your community.
