DO IT WELL!

From the beginning of the year we have come to an agreement that true worship is through Christ and all the rest is false worship. Today, we turn our attention to attitude in worship, which is required for results. Main Readings: Genesis 4:1-9; 1Cor. 11:27-29; Rev 3:15,16 Eccl. 9:10 IN BRIEF Everybody relates to God, but what makes the difference is how. Some relate to Him with rever ence (Abel), some with apathy (Cain I, v3), and some with contempt (Cain II, v9) The normal axiom has been that our sin separates us from God (Isaiah 59: 1,2) but who can make that assertion, now that Jesus, the sacrificial lamb of God, has paid for all our sin. In Isaiah 58 as in 1 Corinthians 11, the people observed the sacrifice ordinances of burnt offerings, fasting and appearing before the lord, but their attitude was selfish.
